ed="R060" n="0476b18"/>结戒相三序口光表瑞四序大众敬听初中尔时者 <lb ed="X" n="0534b16"/><lb ed="R060" n="0477a01"/>是此化<persName>佛</persName>从报<persName>佛</persName>所领戒却还至此之时故云尔时 <lb ed="X" n="0534b17"/><lb ed="R060" ed="R060" n="0482b13"/>葉<persName>佛</persName>时在大众中演说迦葉无量法门自是以来口 <lb ed="X" n="0537b11"/><lb ed="R060" n="0482b14"/>出妙香世世不绝恒如今日而说偈言草木诸花香 <lb ed="X" n="0537b12"/><lb ed="R060" n="0482b15"/>此香气超绝能悦一切心世世常不灭类同此也又 <lb ed="X" n="0537b13"/><lb ed="R060" n="0482b16"/>能灭恶如光破暗从喩名光戒即光故名为戒光准 <lb ed="X" n="0537b14"/><lb ed="R060" n="0482b17"/>次释中多约後義下正歎深有缘非无因者出深所 <lb ed="X" n="0537b15"/><lb ed="R060" n="0482b18"/>由故光光下正显深也初文有解云有缘者谓此戒 <lb ed="X" n="0537b16"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a01"/>法三无数劫修习圆满因所生故遮无因论又有缘 <lb ed="X" n="0537b17"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a02"/>者<persName>佛</persName>大慈悲本愿因力有情感<persName>佛</persName>增上缘力如是戒 <lb ed="X" n="0537b18"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a03"/>光必有因缘此即释前光出因缘令所解者欲显戒 <lb ed="X" n="0537b19"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a04"/>光甚深所以由从因缘即无自性无自性故毕竟是 <lb ed="X" n="0537b20"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a05"/>空故非靑等此与下文而张本也文通两势後为正 <lb ed="X" n="0537b21"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a06"/>義若不尔者如何以解非靑黄等以光即是靑黄相 <lb ed="X" n="0483a11"/>故故云故也若作前解则云非无因故光今不同之 <lb ed="X" n="0537c03"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a12"/>光光等者光即戒也戒相众多故重言也于中四句 <lb ed="X" n="0537c04"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a13"/>一非靑等二非色心三非有无四非因果由从缘生 <lb ed="X" n="0537c05"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a14"/>空空无自性故十二门论云众因缘生法是则无自 <lb ed="X" n="0537c06"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a15"/>性若无自性者云何有是法以即空故非靑黄等五 <lb ed="X" n="0537c07"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a16"/>次非色心者若约戒教文字性離无有文字故非色 <lb ed="X" n="0537c08"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a17"/>心若约所受亦即空故而非色心又解无表戒体依 <lb ed="X" n="0537c09"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483a18"/>思种立无质碍故非色无缘虑故非心故涅槃云虽 <lb ed="X" n="0483b05"/>无故无非法相又无相故非有缘起故非无四離因 <lb ed="X" n="0537c15"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483b06"/>果者以无自性因果俱空故非因果故中论云若法 <lb ed="X" n="0537c16"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483b07"/>因待成是法还成待今则无因待亦无所成法又约 <lb ed="X" ed="R060" n="0483b12"/>三句初句戒虽非果而能剋果故云诸<persName>佛</persName>之本原此 <lb ed="X" n="0537c22"/><lb ed="R060" n="0483b13"/>句约果以显勝次句戒虽非因而能作因故云行菩 <lb ed="X" n="0537c23"/><lb ed="R060" n="0484a09"/>相次诸<persName>佛</persName>子听是十重四十八下总结劝修前文又 <lb ed="X" n="0538a13"/><lb ed="R060" n="0484a10"/>二先明重戒次辨轻垢前文有三一擧数劝持二列 <lb ed="X" n="0538a14"/><lb ed="R060" n="0484a11"/>名辨相三总结劝持初文有五一告所为人二略擧 n="0484b17"/>行非梵行是名从嗔于所生母作非梵行是名从贪 <lb ed="X" n="0538b15"/><lb ed="R060" n="0484b18"/>婬怨眷属是名从痴境悦畅思由贪究竟妄三起者 <lb ed="X" n="0538b16"/><lb ed="R060" n="0485a01"/>若为财利自受快乐是名从贪为壞怨故是名从嗔 <lb ed="X" n="0485a11"/>赞三起今義解云规求名利是名从贪为勝怨故是 <lb ed="X" n="0538c03"/><lb ed="R060" n="0485a12"/>名从嗔无德谓德自赞名痴为畅愚情嗔非究竟悭 <lb ed="X" n="0538c04"/><lb ed="R060" n="0485a13"/>三起者属贪瑜伽云于非怨有情财物资具起如是 <lb ed="X" n="0485b08"/>生由不如理观察由此方便所<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0538006" n="0538006"/>引寻伺发起邪见名 <lb ed="X" n="0538c18"/><lb ed="R060" n="0485b09"/>痴所生依于瑜伽由痴究竟若依四分诸戒皆有痴 <lb ed="X" n="0538c19"/><lb ed="R060" n="0485b12"/><p xml:id="pX38p0538c2101">次约犯具所谓三业此十戒中初三及五皆亦依身 <lb ed="X" n="0538c22"/><lb ed="R060" n="0485b13"/>犯语有犯義所谓教人杀兼道意如仙人起嗔然属 <lb ed="X" n="0538c23"/><lb ed="R060" n="0485b14"/>身业妄说毁谤此四语犯然妄三业现相即身说<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0538008" n="0538008"/>戒 <lb ed="X" n="0538c24"/><lb ed="R060" n="0485b15"/>默<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0538009" n="0485b17"/>犯故若位稍高独意成犯。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0539a03"/><lb ed="R060" n="0485b18"/><p xml:id="pX38p0539a0301">三配业道者将此十戒配十业道初四如次配前四 <lb ed="X" n="0539a04"/><lb ed="R060" n="0486a01"/>业酒戒配贪及以邪见以酒生痴助邪见故若望贪 xml:id="pX38p0539c0101">六遮性者酒戒为遮馀皆是性由<persName>佛</persName>禁故名之为遮 <lb ed="X" n="0539c02"/><lb ed="R060" n="0487a11"/>体是不善名之为性又世界中王等共禁名为本戒 <lb ed="X" n="0539c03"/><lb ed="R060" n="0487a12"/><persName>佛</persName>教独禁名为<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0539006" n="0539006"/>容<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0539007" n="0539007"/>名戒。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0539c04"/><lb ed="R060" n="0487a13"/><p xml:id="pX38p0539c0401">七明犯境于十戒中位分为二前八局性後二通二 <lb ed="X" n="0539c05"/><lb ed="R060" n="0487a14"/>以嗔戒中云于众生中乃至非众生中皆成犯也以 <lb ed="X" n="0539c06"/><lb ed="R060" n="0487a15"/>谤戒中<persName>佛</persName>僧有情法是非情文就情中说谤局人馀 <lb ed="X" n="0539c07"/><lb ed="R060" n="0487a16"/>通异趣又就人中在家出家谤局出家馀通二位又 <lb ed="X" n="0539c08"/><lb ed="R060" n="0487a17"/>有情中有凡有圣酤酒唯凡谤境唯圣馀之八戒境 place="inline">两舌果</note>常被诽谤<note place="inline">恶口果</note> <lb ed="X" n="0540a17"/><lb ed="R060" n="0488a14"/>耳不闻善好之声<note place="inline">绮语果也上等流果也</note>能令外物四大衰微 <lb ed="X" n="0540a18"/><lb ed="R060" n="0488a15"/>无有真实恶风瀑雨臭秽败壞土地不平无有七宝 <lb ed="X" n="0540a19"/><lb ed="R060" n="0488a16"/>多有石沙味不具<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0540001" n="0540001"/>定<note place="inline">此增上果</note>然经不明意三报也婆沙 n="0540b02"/><lb ed="R060" n="0488b05"/>即此十中初四及後四是也以出家菩萨先受声闻 <lb ed="X" n="0540b03"/><lb ed="R060" n="0488b06"/>戒具前四重後受菩萨戒更加後四故有八也二依 <lb ed="X" n="0540b04"/><lb ed="R060" ed="X" n="0540c16"/><lb ed="R060" n="0489b07"/>答罪虽性空迷情执有故有罪根若证空理悲心行 <lb ed="X" n="0540c17"/><lb ed="R060" n="0489b08"/>杀如仙预王则无有罪二十唯识问曰若彼三界唯 <lb ed="X" n="0540c18"/><lb ed="R060" n="0489b09"/>是内心无有身口外境界者以何義故屠猎师等故 <lb ed="X" n="0540c19"/><lb ed="R060" n="0489b10"/>害猪羊得杀生罪是故应有外色等境答曰死依他 <lb ed="X" n="0540c20"/><lb ed="R060" n="0489b11"/>心亦有依自心依种种因缘破失自心识此偈明何 <lb ed="X" n="0491b12"/>知若断彼命与彼无缘不蒙彼化四念难事所谓念 <lb ed="X" n="0541c22"/><lb ed="R060" n="0491b13"/>苦难行苦行如萨埵王子捨身救虎如尸毘王割肉 <lb ed="X" n="0541c23"/><lb ed="R060" n="0491b14"/>代鸽又如比丘不饮虫水渴而死又如比丘护鹅命 <lb ed="X" n="0541c24"/><lb ed="R060" n="0491b15"/>故自受鞭挞又如鹿王代母鹿命又如船板比丘海 <pb ed="X" xml:id="X38.0690.0542a" n="0542a"/> <lb ed="X" n="0542a01"/><lb ed="R060" n="0491b16"/>水让板又如菩萨商主入海採宝海中船壞以剑自 <lb ed="X" n="0542a02"/><lb ed="R060" n="0491b17"/>害身载五百人得到海岸如王夫人以割乳房救饥 <lb ed="X" n="0542a03"/><lb ed="R060" n="0491b18"/>产妇如此等诚规足为龟镜观之自励寧容有杀。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0542a04"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492a01"/><p xml:id="pX38p0542a0401">六通局者通有二一通诸戒如淸净毘尼经为益众 <lb ed="X" n="0542a05"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492a02"/>生不自观戒如是毁戒名尸波罗蜜二通此戒如瑜 <lb ed="X" n="0542a06"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492a03"/>伽云谓如菩萨见劫盗贼为贪财故欲教多生或复 <lb ed="X" xml:id="pX38p0542a1401">次释文中分四一擧能犯戒人二出所防过三而菩 <lb ed="X" n="0542a15"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492a12"/>萨下教修对治四而反下明违结犯初中若者善见 <lb ed="X" n="0542a16"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492a13"/>论云若者总名不属一人随有<persName>佛</persName>法具戒之徒皆持 <lb ed="X" n="0542a17"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492a14"/>犯法言<persName>佛</persName>子者从<persName>佛</persName>口生从法化生得<persName>佛</persName>法分名为 <lb ed="X" n="0492b13"/>所云汝生便受苦死则受乐用语而死者夷五见作 <lb ed="X" n="0542b11"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492b14"/>随喜者或见杀怨家或心规由<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0542003" n="0542003"/>肉分而心生喜皆得 <lb ed="X" n="0542b12"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492b15"/>重罪六咒杀者以诵咒咒他令使死也杀相众多如 <lb ed="X" n="0542b13"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492b16"/>律廣列其中更有魔祷药杀坑阱機撥咒杀最希超 <lb ed="X" n="0542b14"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492b17"/>擧最希故云乃至如咒龙令入管等次擧杀因前擧 <lb ed="X" n="0542b15"/><lb ed="R060" n="0492b18"/>杀业无因不成故次擧因此四何别三毒杀心以之 <lb ed="X" n="0542b16"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a01"/>为因刀杖为缘巧施计<g ref="#CB15081">策</g>为法身口进趣为业又有 <lb ed="X" n="0542b17"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a02"/>解杀法云谓依先师法而行杀生此有二种一有外 <lb ed="X" n="0542b18"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a03"/>道经云杀羊祠天得生天上二有外道经说诸苦行 <lb ed="X" n="0542b19"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a04"/>者必得生天如莊严论说有老婆罗门说外道婆罗 <lb ed="X" n="0493a08"/>境越其勝境但使有命皆得杀罪故云乃至瑜伽云 <lb ed="X" n="0542b24"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a09"/>与寿和合现存活故名为命者误落开缘故云不得 <pb ed="X" xml:id="X38.0690.0542c" n="0542c"/> <lb ed="X" n="0542c01"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a10"/>故杀。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0542c02"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a11"/><p xml:id="pX38p0542c0201">三教起对治文中有二一起慈孝心二作救护事初 <lb ed="X" n="0542c03"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a12"/>文先擧修行人故云是菩萨也应起三心谓于卑境 <lb ed="X" n="0542c04"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a13"/>起慈悲心若尊境所起孝顺心前文常住有其二義 <lb ed="X" n="0542c05"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a14"/>一制常起暂勿令息故云常住二起離相平等之慈 <lb ed="X" n="0542c06"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a15"/>故云常住前约世谛次约勝義于乐众生而起慈心 <lb ed="X" n="0542c07"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a16"/>于其苦境而起悲心起孝可知又于一切众生通起 <lb ed="X" n="0542c08"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a17"/>三心以皆曾为父母等故次作救事言方便者摄化 <lb ed="X" n="0542c09"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493a18"/>有轨名方可为权巧称便言救护者有其五義一于 <lb ed="X" n="0542c10"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b01"/>卑境作救拔事顺前慈悲于尊境所作护持事顺前 <lb ed="X" n="0542c11"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b02"/>孝意二于<anchor n="0493b03"/>三在苦者救之受乐者护之四以救故不受苦果以 <lb ed="X" n="0542c13"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b04"/>护故不种苦因五救护但是拔济异名由前三心生 <lb ed="X" n="0542c14"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b05"/>救护事也。</p> <lb ed="X" n="0542c15"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b06"/><p xml:id="pX38p0542c1501">违而结犯中有二句初违制起犯次结示罪名违前 <lb ed="X" n="0542c16"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b07"/>慈救故云而反言自恣者不犯对治纵其贪嗔故云 <lb ed="X" n="0542c17"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b08"/>自恣兼生庆跃故云快乐意言杀生者正彰其过是 <lb ed="X" n="0542c18"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b09"/>菩萨者指出犯人波罗夷者彰其犯因斯即梵音此 <lb ed="X" n="0542c19"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b10"/>云他勝处释有二義一烦恼魔等名之为他圣道为 <lb ed="X" n="0542c20"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b11"/>自若犯此戒退失堕落令魔得勝名地勝处二望同 <lb ed="X" n="0542c21"/><lb ed="R060" n="0493b12"/>类名之为他若犯此戒为他持者之所勝也又翻为 <lb ed="X" n="0542c22"/><lb ed="R060" <lb ed="X" n="0544b14"/><lb ed="R060" n="0496b17"/><p xml:id="pX38p0544b1401">初制意者菩萨理应常修梵行慈心愍物净法与人 <lb ed="X" n="0544b15"/><lb ed="R060" n="0496b18"/>绝生死之轮迴出爱狱之枷锁超阴界入荷负众生 <lb ed="X" n="0544b16"/><lb ed="R060" n="0497a01"/>今乃纵彼邪心耽兹秽迹自挂魔网何能益他故智 <lb ed="X" n="0544b17"/><lb ed="R060" n="0497a02"/>论云婬欲虽不恼众生以繫缚<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0544004" n="0544004"/>心故为大罪由斯损 <lb ed="X" n="0544b18"/><lb n="0544c17"/><lb ed="R060" n="0497b08"/><p xml:id="pX38p0544c1701">三具缘者别缘亦七一是有情死屍未壞亦同犯也 <lb ed="X" n="0544c18"/><lb ed="R060" n="0497b09"/>长尾弱背自婬成犯不同前二有简自身二是正境 <lb ed="X" n="0544c19"/><lb ed="R060" n="0497b10"/>谓女三男二以馀身分不犯重故三起彼想若约邪 <lb ed="X" n="0544c20"/><lb ed="R060" n="0497b11"/>婬以于他妻生自妻想本迷不犯转想获轻若出家 <lb ed="X" n="0544c21"/><lb ed="R060" n="0497b12"/>人以本迷正道为非道想或获轻垢转想获夷律文 <lb ed="X" n="0498a01"/>未必阙初缺第三缘如具缘中说起疑全犯缺第四 <lb ed="X" n="0545a05"/><lb ed="R060" n="0498a02"/>缘全是无犯缺第五缘反获功德缺第六缘单心轻 <lb ed="X" n="0545a06"/><lb ed="R060" n="0498a03"/>垢缺第七缘亦轻垢也義分轻重次前亦然怨逼阙 <lb ed="X"
